Nuclear vs. Wind Energy

• Electricity can also be generated by nuclear power stations. Although they don’t produce any CO2 they produce highly lethal waste.
• Nuclear power stations produce radioactive waste which remain deadly for thousands of years.
• If this waste was to leak out it would cause widespread illness and death. There would be a massive increase in cancer such as leukaemia and also birth defects in babies.
